The strongest typhoon in the world is expected to be entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow.
The US Joint Typhon Warning Center claims that the super typhoon with an international name of Soudelor is said to be the strongest typhoon since January 2015.
The center of the typhoon was spotted 1, 720km east Luzon and the wind is moving 215 KPH. It moves in the direction of West Northwest at 20KPH.
Even if there's no landfall that's happening, it is still expected that the super typhoon will bring heavy rains in Visayas and Mindanao.
